The K-Factor determines if your growth is exponential or linear. K = (Average number of invites sent per user) * (Conversion rate of those invites).
Interpreting K
- K > 1: Exponential growth (one user brings more than one user)
- K < 1: Linear growth (you still need marketing to keep growing)
- K = 0: Static (no natural sharing happening)
